Graphic Design Associate

 

Reports to: Creative Services Manager

Position Description:

The Graphic Design Associate will support graphic design efforts for projects across web (primary), print, and video. You will collaborate with the Creative Services Manager, Content Program Managers, and Marketing Team to design and deliver content that promotes event registration, drives web site traffic/page views, encourages subscriber sign-ups and achieves sponsor program goals. This is a part-time, hourly, remote position for approximately (20) hours per week. It does not provide benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the primary graphic designer, content producers, and web editors by providing quality images for our main web site, social media, and video programs
  • Create original, cohesive designs for web advertising and promotion, including banners, leaderboards, and skyscrapers
  • Search and select appropriate imagery to support our video programs, including thumbnails
  • Assist in maintaining an existing library of graphic resources
  • Collaborate with Creative Services Manager, Production team and Marketing team to identify and produce suitable support materials

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in graphic design
  • Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop
  • Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Cloud applications
  • Ability to understand and adhere to brand standards while still bringing a fresh approach
  • Clear, positive written and oral communication skills
  • Able to work remotely with moderate supervision

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with video editing and/or creating animation for video
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro
  • BA/BS in Graphic Design or related

Social Media Marketing Manager

 

Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager

Position Description:

The Social Media Marketing Manager will lead efforts across our social media channels. Driving ROI across channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter will be a major component of your work. You will be responsible for working with the Senior Marketing Manager to create, test and execute campaigns that drive event registration, web site traffic, membership growth and sponsored program goals. You will also be tasked with analyzing the results of the campaigns and turning data into concise, actionable analytics and recommendations. You will also manage our survey creation, collection & reporting. This is a full-time, salaried, remote position with benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategy across all channels to grow our social reach with optimal engagement in conjunction with the Senior Marketing Manager
  • Schedule posts across all social media channels using designated automated marketing platform (Later.com, HubSpot, )
  • Place paid/sponsored ads across social media to drive key CTAs and measure effectiveness.
  • Work with Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to develop our Influencer Marketing strategy and plan
  • Work with CMO to develop our YouTube Marketing strategy and plan
  • Grow reach and engagement across all social channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Manage survey creation, collection & reporting
  • Run A/B tests across social and share insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with Content Development Program Managers to drive Influencer Marketing across social platforms
  • Monitor, gather appropriate responses and moderate online comments

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing methodologies & social media platforms
  • Experience moderating social media comments and feedback
  • A proven track record in running online campaigns to maximize reach, engagement & conversion
  • Strong communication skills including copy writing and editing
  • Strong background in using data to inform future decisions and segmentation choices
  • Comfortable juggling multiple company-wide goals and working with multiple teams at once while working remotely
  • The ability to identify high-potential segments and tailor messaging to fit them
  • Capable of identifying what’s worked well in the past and iterating, but also comfortable ideating and implementing brand new ideas from scratch
  • Experience with Microsoft Office with advanced abilities in Excel: Advanced formulas and data management, Vlookups, graphs and pivot tables.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot/Certification is a plus)
  • BA/BS in Marketing/Communications
  • Industry certifications
