Lindsey Whyte is a patient advocate and has been managing medical research programs in the rare disease space for eight years.  Prior to her current role as the architect and manager of the MPN Research Foundation’s patient registry (myMPN), she managed a venture philanthropy organization that funded cutting-edge gene therapy, small molecule and stem cell research searching for a treatment for the debilitating loss of vision caused by an ultra-orphan disease Usher syndrome, type III.

Before joining the medical research field in 2009, Lindsey spent 15+ years in banking, consulting and international business.
