Dr. Malcolm M. DeCamp specializes in thoracic surgery. He is Professor of Surgery at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and Chief of the Division of Thoracic Surgery at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. His education was completed in 1983 when he graduated summa cum laude from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. Dr. DeCamp took his residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in 1990. Since then, he has become assistant professor at Harvard Medical School and joined the staff at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Dr. DeCamp is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American College of Chest Physicians. As if he isn’t amazing enough, he is also a member of the Society of Thoracic Surgeons, the American Association for Thoracic Surgery, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the Society of Surgical Oncology, the American Thoracic Society, the International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation, the International Society for Minimally-Invasive Cardiothoracic Surgery, and the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer.
