Honey Dijon Broccoli Salad

1 pound chopped broccoli florets (from 1½ pounds broccoli stalks)  

1/2 cup raw or roasted sunflower seeds (you can substitute with pumpkin seeds or slivered almonds too)

1/2 cup finely chopped red onion

1/2 cup chopped dried cranberries 


Dijon Dressing Ingredients

1/3 cup tahini

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon agave or honey

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 medium clove garlic pressed (more if you are a garlic lover!)

1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)

2 teaspoons water to thin (optional)
