Doctors should treat prostate cancer patients taking into account their personal needs, says Ken Mastris, President of Europa Uomo, a European platform that gathers patient groups supporting urological diseases. Ken, a patient himself, talks from his experience and thinks that education is vital in a disease like prostate cancer, which can have deep implications for patient's quality of life.
This interview was recorded at the European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO) congress held in Madrid (Spain, September 2017). Prostate cancer videos recorded at ESMO 17 are part of an educational program by the Patient Empowerment Foundation (PEF). We thank Bayer for their support.
